Quality Circle in Education for Students’ Personality Development - Nepal has been abbreviated as QUEST-Nepal. In Nepali it is Bidyarthiharuka bektityo bikash ka lagi sikchya ma guniya chakra - Nepal and the title is often synonymised as Student Quality Circle i.e. in brief SQC. QUEST¬ Nepal has been registered as a Non Governmental Organisation (NGO) at Lalitpur Central District Office (CDO) located in Kathmandu, Nepal. Nepal Jesuit Society (NJS)

The Society of Jesus is an international religious order of Catholic priests and brothers. It was founded in the fifteenth century by a Spanish nobleman Ignatius Loyola with sole purpose of helping men and women to realize their dignity as children of a loving Creator-Father. With almost 20,000 members, the Society of Jesus is the largest religious order in the Catholic Church. All the members (Called “Jesuits”) commit themselves to the service of God and His children by perpetual vows of poverty, chastity and obedience. The Jesuits were invited to Nepal in 1951 to serve in the field of education. Fr. Marshall D. Moran founded St. Xavier’s School in Godavari in July of the year and St. Xavier’s School, Jawalakhel in 1954. Registered with the Nepal Government as the Nepal Jesuit Society (NJS), the Jesuits of nepal have expended the pioneering work of Fr. Moran to include St. Xavier’s College, Maitighar, St. Xavier’s Social Service Centers (Jawalakhel and Nakhipot), Human Resources Development Research Centre (Sanepa), Shishu Bikash Kendra (Pokhara), St. Xavier’s School (Deonia, Jhapa), Moran Memorial School (Mahespur, Jhapa Dt.).

Network for Quality, Productivity and Competitiveness - Nepal (NQPCN)

The Network is a non-governmental civil society organization established in 2004 by like minded academicians, entrepreneurs, consultants, managers and others working with a vision of creating value through quality. The goal of the network is to create, share and learn the knowledge and experience on quality and productivity and apply to enhance competitiveness. Adopting core values of Harmony, Honesty and Humbleness, it believes that Quality and Productivity are the major components for enhancing competitiveness of individuals, organizations and the society as a whole. Its head office is at Kathmandu, Nepal.

Productivity and Quality Committee / Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (PQC/FNCCI)

The Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) established in 1965 is an umbrella organization of the Nepalese private sector. It aims to promote business and industry in the country while protecting the rights and interests of business and industrial communities. Productivity and Quality Committee (PQC) is a committee within the framework of FNCCI which aims to enhance productivity and quality of the organizations within the country. FNCCI has been playing a key role in promoting business and industry in the country. It provides, inter alia, information, advisory, consultative, promotional and representative services to business and government and organizes training / workshop / seminar on a regular basis.

Private And Boarding Schools’ Organisation Nepal (PABSON)

The organization established in 1991 has a noble objective of imparting education in every nook and corner of Nepal, thereby bringing a dramatic change in the society making every individual a noble creature. PABSON believes that standard in education can be achieved by preparing devoted, disciplined, creative and high moral personalities. The organization has been striving to provide rights and security to professionals and develop such as environment that fosters education. Physical, moral and spiritual gain in education is encouraged by PABSON that develops cooperation between schools, parents and students. PABSON tries to facilitate a link between INGOs, NGOs and other organizations to develop goodwill and brotherly relation among all.
